Not only did he explain our options he’s a very good listener and made sure not to oversell us anything beyond our real needs. With supply chain issues we experienced a slight delay on our installation due to back orders but Jay provided us with three alternatives to getting the job done sooner – we accepted one of his suggestions and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The installers (Tim and Jeremy) were super pleasant and knew their stuff – they were very tidy and never left a trace of debris. Their installation looks great and we are so thrilled to have a quite and efficient HVAC system on our home. Thanks to everyone!”
“My AC stopped cooling & I did a quick fix myself by installing new fuses & new filter while I awaited my maintenance appointment in three days. During my appointment, it was discovered I needed a new capacitater and fuses of a higher amp. Both items were replaced by technician. The technician explained to me the mechanism of each and the diagnotic results. My water heater maintenance draining was also done. Per my questions, I was informed the year of my water heater, and about options of replacement ( standard vs on demand ). I really appreciate all the staff at Quality; I feel you really do partner to work with homeowners per quality of equipment, knowledge, caring, professionalism and being personable.
