“Our AC finally died after years of service and during this years record breaking high temps. Aaron, of Quality, visited our home within one hour of me contacting the company. I had,
at the time, already researched the Carrier AC units I thought may be appropriate for our home. Aaron evaluated our needs and recommended a 3ton unit. He was upfront on what he felt was proper and no attempt to upsell or recommend anything over what we needed. He recommended one of the units I had researched (least expensive model) that would, properly, serve our home. I was impressed with him and his honesty as to what our AC requirement were. We all know there are companies who will try and upsell an individual but Quality Heating & Cooling does not do that. He made arrangement for a quick installation (thankfully) and it was completed by a very nice group of installers. Quality is a family owned business that goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers.”
