“My AC stopped cooling & I did a quick fix myself by installing new fuses & new filter while I awaited my maintenance appointment in three days. During my appointment, it was discovered I needed a new capacitater and fuses of a higher amp. Both items were replaced by technician. The technician explained to me the mechanism of each and the diagnotic results. My water heater maintenance draining was also done. Per my questions, I was informed the year of my water heater, and about options of replacement ( standard vs on demand ).
