He came twice and never looked inside the unit! I called Quality Heating and Cooling and they did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and assisted me in getting the problem corrected. They were thorough, very helpful and had terrific customer service. The owner came out a second time to assist me and he was very generous with his time and expertise. They were prompt, polite and saved me from the sweltering heat. It was 95 degrees in my home and because of them I got immediate help. Quality is just what they are. This is the best service I have ever had in my 30 years of owning and renting homes.”
