I was very impressed they didn’t try to sell me options and services that we didn’t need and they were extremely thorough with explaining all of our options. They helped discover that our current system was not installed properly and in fact our current system was spreading fiberglass insulation into our children’s rooms — This is a major health hazard and health concern. We were pleased with products, services, and they got all of their work done in a timely manner.
