“Jay and his crew installed a new furnace in January 2021. My old furnace died on a Wed night; I called Quality on Thursday; they came out Friday to diagnose and repair if possible. It could have been repaired, but I decided, due to its age (over 25 years old) to get a new one. It was installed on Monday. Excellent service and very professional. Today they were here to set the furnace up for an inspection by the City. This is a great company to do business with. I would give it 10 stars if there was such a rating. Jay even told me that Intermountain Gas company had a rebate for which I am eligible. And arranged 18 months no-interest financing.”
