“Great staff and service. I just bought their service plan and Kirk was not only on time but he called ahead to make sure I was available. He was very professional and polite. I even had a few questions about my system and he was knowledgeable and very helpful with his advice (meaning he didn’t try to “sell” me something. Just advised on what I could do.) I would absolutely recommend Quality and their staff!”
