I was well informed throughout the entire process, the office staff told me exactly what to expect, I received text reminders and had the ability to track the arrival of the technician, and the technician kept me updated throughout his visit. I never once felt uncomfortable about a stranger being in my home as Jake was very professional, polite and personable!
