“Experiences with contractors vary immensely because in time of need, most homeowners are shooting in the dark for a quick resolution of their immediate needs. In the last three months, I surveyed ten different contractors and received ten diverse prices for a new split system. We discovered Quality from one of their trucks in traffic, and after receiving a quote and surveying the online reviews, leaned in their direction. The final decision was largely intuitive but based on the reviews and price. They provided the system we requested at a price that fell in the mid-range of the other nine contractors. Aaron and his son replaced the system in one day. They responded to all my annoying questions with grace and patience. Their responses were focused on teaching me, without condescending, about the system they were installing. To compliment the transition, Alexa lives inside the thermostat casing and we’ve come to know her well. She and the new Carrier system have resolved our thermostat wars. We are grateful for the fortunate choice made in choosing Quality for our residential needs.
