“We have been doing business with Quality Heating for so long that I can’t remember when we started. The have serviced units at two different homes and two different rentals. Over the years they have replaced three water heaters and installed new heating units and two A/C units in the above mentioned residences. I am a loyal customer and would only switch companies if I didn’t receive the service, quality units and professional installation I expect to receive for the cost quoted me. Obviously since I can’t recall how long we have been doing business with Quality they have supplied all the above and more. He came twice and never looked inside the unit! I called Quality Heating and Cooling and they did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and assisted me in getting the problem corrected. They were thorough, very helpful and had terrific customer service. The owner came out a second time to assist me and he was very generous with his time and expertise. They were prompt, polite and saved me from the sweltering heat. It was 95 degrees in my home and because of them I got immediate help. Quality is just what they are. This is the best service I have ever had in my 30 years of owning and renting homes.”
