“We signed up with their yearly maintenance plan and it's well worth the money and peace of mind. Heather is great getting someone out here if it's an emergency. She can get a technician on the phone who can either walk you thru trouble shooting the problem or will know what the problem is and bring the necessary parts. Jose has been our technician for years now and he's been outstanding. He's always on time, neatly dressed and will explain any problems he finds. He's also great around my dogs who are excited to see him. We've been with Quality Heating for over 20 years and they are the best. We know it's a long ways to Mountain Home, but if it's an emergency they will come. Fortunately, we've only had one emergency. The entire team gets a 10 star rating.”

“The Silver maintenance plan was gifted to us and it has been great! We've used the fall and spring checkups and both technicians have been fantastic. The technicians were on time, polite, knowledgeable, and clearly communicated everything they were doing. This spring the tech advised us of deficiencies in our HVAC. We could tell the AC wasn't working great, but no one likes hearing bad news that means $$$. The tech explained everything, showed us the readings that led to the diagnosis. He gave us best- and worst-case scenarios as well as a cost range of options. The officehas excellent communication from booking appointments, texting who our service technician is going to be and when he is en route. I am comfortable recommending Quality Heating to my friends, neighbors and family.”
